A competitive athlete her entire life, she started CrossFit as a way to get into shape for an upcoming rowing season. After only couple of months it quickly became her new passion and sport of choice. Aside from the physical gains, it impacted and shaped a number of her life philosophies, in particular nutrition. Intertwined with CrossFit came a whole new view of nutrition, a much healthier body, and a positive relationship with food.
Now, as a coach and personal trainer, Lindsay works with others to have a similar experience and become healthier, happier and stronger both in the gym and in life.
